Job summary

Cycle Gear Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and support all store operations including opening/closing, returns, and task allocation among Sales Associates.

You will lead daily sales objectives, uphold store standards, and stay current with brand knowledge and events. This role offers part-time or full-time hours, an employee discount, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with ability to deliver personalized retail experiences
• Eagerness to learn and be part of riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred but not required

Average total pay: $12 - $17+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

Job Description

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

Qualifications

Our next Key Holder has:

• 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
• 2 years + of sales or customer service experience
• A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
