Job summary

Cycle Gear is seeking a Key Holder to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maintain strong product knowledge, and provide customers and team members with detailed information on product features and benefits.

This role can be part-time or full-time, with an hourly base plus tiered commissions, DailyPay option, generous employee discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years+ sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter who delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience and share product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, returns/store credit, and special orders.
• Help divide tasks among Sales Associates and support POS transactions.

Average total pay: $14.50 - $19+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

Job Description

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

Qualifications

Our next Key Holder has:

• 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
• 2 years + of sales or customer service experience
• A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
