• 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years + of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter mentality delivering personalized retail experience.
• Eagerness to learn and engage with riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, returns, and task delegation.
• Lead daily sales objectives and maintain store aesthetics and merchandising.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and uphold brand standards.

Average total pay: $13.50 - $19+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

Job Description

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

Qualifications
