Job summary

Comoto Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for Cycle Gear in Atlanta, GA. You will provide an exceptional customer experience, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and support store operations including opening/closing, returns, and special orders.

You will lead to achieve daily sales objectives, keep the store clean and organized, stay current on brand knowledge, and engage with riders at events to represent Cycle Gear in the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter mentality delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with RetailPro POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and strong product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures, returns/store credit, special orders, and task delegation among Sales Associates.
• Lead towards daily sales objectives and maintain product displays and store aesthetics.
• Stay up-to-date with brand, product knowledge, and company information, becoming a resource for customers.

Average total pay: $12 - $20+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

What to expect when you work here

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

Qualifications

Our next Key Holder has:

1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store

2 years + of sales or customer service experience

A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience

An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community

Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)

Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
