• Experience leading security operations in a Class A critical infrastructure environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities
• Ability to supervise a Security Officer team and ensure policy adherence
• Excellent incident reporting and documentation skills

Aufgaben

• Supervise and develop Security Officers; ensure performance and policy compliance
• Lead by example in professionalism and customer service
• Conduct shift briefings, post inspections, and coaching
• Review incident reports and daily activity logs for accuracy
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and overtime management
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new officers
• Serve as liaison between security, management, tenants, and responders
• Oversee access control systems, credential management, CCTV and alarms
• Maintain visitor management and coordinate with property management
• Ensure accurate, professional incident reporting and communications
• Analyze incident trends and recommend mitigation strategies
• Oversee patrol operations and enforce building policies
