Cavender’s is seeking a capable Key Carrier to join our Store Management Team in Tucson. You will support the store’s culture, open/close duties, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

You will stay actively involved in sales, help train associates, ensure a clean, organized store, and uphold company policies. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a customer-first mindset at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assist in day-to-day store management and supervision of associates.
• Open and close the store.
• Address customer needs and handle returns.
• Address associate assignments and training as needed.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure, and controlling expenses.
• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable inside and outside.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures.

Job description

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
