Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Lexington. You will help run the store day-to-day, including opening and closing, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour
• Act as Manager on Duty as
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the retail store and the supervision of store associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and drive sales.
