Job summary

• Assist in day-to-day management of the retail store and supervision of associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close store as directed.
• Address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure and reducing controllable expenses using key metrics.
• Assist in training store associates.
• Keep the store clean and well-presented inside and outside; ensure associates look neat and professional.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report safety/security incidents.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures in the store.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Any other duties as assigned.
