Job summary

Cavender's is seeking a Key Carrier to help run the store, open/close, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide. You will stay involved in selling, train associates, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with policies.

You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise staff, and work to meet sales goals while maintaining a safe store environment and strong customer service standards.

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company's culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
