Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to support the Store Management Team. You will help run daily operations, assist customers, train associates, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, orderly store environment.

You will act as Manager on Duty, open/close the store, handle customer issues, and ensure adherence to company policies. This role emphasizes service, efficiency, and team leadership.

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour
• Act as Manager on Duty as
