Responsibilities

• Greet and assist shoppers and donors to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Operate cash register and process transactions per policy.
• Open or close the store and complete leadership duties.
• Prepare nightly reports and assist with bank deposits as needed.
• Support loss prevention and store safety practices.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
• Load and unload merchandise shipments as needed.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
