Job summary

On in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Head of Account Services, Key Accounts to provide focused leadership over our Key Accounts team, directly overseeing a team of three Leads and their groups.

Your focus is servicing our biggest established retailer partners in the US, building a high‑performing unit, and implementing strategies to help us become the leading sportswear company and to ignite the human spirit through movement.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience managing managers and teams.
• Proven track record coordinating across sales, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of three Leads and their subsequent teams.
• Serve as the key commercial liaison for operations with sales and customer operations.
• Lead strategic engagement and planning for major US retailer accounts.
• Drive cross-functional advocacy for Key Accounts across Americas supply chains.
• Represent Key Accounts in operational flywheel meetings and align global/local stakeholders.
• Manage increasing orderbook complexity to ensure on-time deliveries and growth.
• Collaborate with Director of Account Services to shape strategic decisions using data insights.
