Job summary

Prinova is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (German-speaking) in Central London, operating in a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office. You will join the Logistics & Customer Service team to manage orders end-to-end, coordinate warehouse activities, deliveries, and stock movements while delivering excellent service to customers across the supply chain.

The role requires fluent English and German, experience in key account management, ERP systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Proven experience in managing key customer accounts.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent business communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Arrange deliveries to customers from UK and EU warehouses via road freight, ferry, and courier services.
• Liaise with customers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Input accurate data into the internal system to create forward allocations and warehouse instructions.
• Invoice customers promptly and ensure correct VAT is applied.
• Prepare shipping documents (warehouse instructions, packing lists, invoices, DG notes).
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints; provide professional service.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and respond to Finance queries.
• Manage non-conformances and perform occasional on-site warehouse inspections.
