Liquid-Env-Solutions-of-Texa is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our Key Account Solutions Team in a hybrid, full-time role. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, handle administrative tasks, and help drive efficiency across departments to deliver outstanding service.

You bring 2+ years of administrative experience, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with team collaboration.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for key account customers.
• Provide administrative support with scheduling, correspondence, and reports.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate account management.
• Assist onboarding and support of new accounts.
• Analyze data to provide insights and improve processes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
