Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Key Account Soft Services & Workplace Manager to lead and manage the delivery of integrated Soft Services and Space Planning across a client portfolio in Livingston.

The successful candidate will oversee client relationships, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards across multiple UK and Ireland sites.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities management, specifically within Soft Services and Space Planning.
  • Experience managing large client accounts and multiple service lines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic planning capability.
  • Financial and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved and identify opportunities to enhance services and support business growth.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of Soft Services and Space Planning teams across multiple sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • Oversee the consistent delivery of Soft Services including waste management, feminine hygiene, pest control, grounds maintenance and window cleaning.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of Space Planning and Lift & Shift services across the UK.
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts and profit and loss performance, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

We are seeking a Key Account Soft Services & Workplace Manager to lead and manage the delivery of integrated Soft Services and Space Planning across a client's portfolio.

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting contractual obligations, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially aware and experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in Soft Services and Space Planning.

The successful candidate will lead operational teams and subcontractors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance, quality and operational excellence across multiple sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved and identify opportunities to enhance services and support business growth.

Lead and manage the delivery of Soft Services and Space Planning teams across multiple sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

Proven experience in facilities management, specifically within Soft Services and Space Planning.

Financial and budget management experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:
