Role Summary:

We’re hiring a highly organized Key Account Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Executive and broader sales team in managing key retail accounts. This role focuses on operational execution, not direct selling — handling backend processes, systems, and follow-ups to keep the sales cycle moving. Your job is to ensure sales inquiries are handled quickly, orders flow smoothly, and retailer needs are met without delay.

You’ll be a key partner to the Sales Executive — acting as the behind-the-scenes enabler who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Executive by managing order follow-ups, retailer communication, and process tracking related to wholesale accounts.
  • Facilitate the backend setup and ongoing maintenance of retailer portals, vendor forms, and system entries.
  • Track and help organize all incoming sales inquiries, ensuring timely responses by facilitating required steps, assets, or approvals.
  • Coordinate PO tracking, order changes, shipping updates, and extension requests with internal and external teams.
  • Build and maintain efficient systems to manage the sales pipeline, order processes, and account data.
  • Assist in preparing sell-in materials, product info, and sales decks — ensuring consistency and readiness.
  • Monitor retailer compliance requirements and help prevent issues like chargebacks or missed deadlines.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams needing information related to wholesale orders, timelines, or requirements.
What You Bring:
  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale operations, sales support, or account coordination (CPG, fashion, or retail experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset — always thinking ahead and solving problems.
