Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or a related role.
• Experience supporting customer projects, key accounts, or cross-functional program execution.
• Experience coordinating schedules, action items, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Exposure to ASME, pressure vessels, or other compliance-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, and operations.
• Lead project kickoffs and ensure scope, requirements, milestones, and responsibilities are clear.
• Track milestones, actions, and delivery status; escalate risks promptly.
• Maintain project records and provide regular status updates.
• Support quotation activities with supplier inputs and documentation.
• Assist with product and process validation, inspections, and shipment paperwork.
• Travel up to 35% as needed.
