Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support key account programs from quotation through delivery, reporting to the Program Manager and coordinating across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, and external manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with excellent communication, follow-through, and attention to detail to align internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, or related role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with supplier coordination and external partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and supplier partners.
• Lead OT project execution from quotation through production, inspection, shipment, and closeout.
• Track milestones, open actions, and delivery status; maintain project records.
• Prepare regular updates for Program Manager and stakeholders; escalate risks as needed.
• Support product/process validation, inspections, and shipment paperwork.
• Identify risks and schedule gaps; drive issues to closure.
