The role reports to the Program Manager and serves as a cross-functional coordinator across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and external manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects while communicating clearly, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP, quality, or project tracking systems preferred.
• Technical, quality, or project management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, and operations.
• Own OSP projects from quotation through production, inspection, shipment, invoicing, and closeout.
• Track milestones, open actions, timing commitments, and delivery status.
• Serve as main contact for project activities and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Lead project kickoffs and align scope, requirements, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Identify risks and elevate issues promptly; maintain project records and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates, including risks and next steps to leadership.
