Job summary

DELO Industrial Adhesives is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead projects at key accounts in the San Jose area. You will analyze customer needs, define requirements, and collaborate with our global teams to implement processes and provide expert application support.

The role offers training in Germany and requires willingness to travel, with opportunities to work across a fast-growing, international engineering and sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical corporate environment, preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in adhesives or related industries.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Prior adhesives experience not required; intensive training in Germany provided.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and drive technical execution at key accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and define technical and process requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams across DELO’s global network (Germany and subsidiaries).
• Develop deep application-specific process expertise and support contract manufacturers in process implementation.
• Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor and scout technical trends relevant to key accounts, exchange insights with industry experts.
• Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager.
