Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs or operations in a senior capacity.
• Strong experience engaging customers, supply chain partners, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to influence diverse teams and deliver on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels, from factory personnel to executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior interface between customers, factories, suppliers, and internal leadership to drive program success.
• Translate business strategy into executable program roadmaps and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Own end-to-end execution for complex Key Account programs, including planning, scheduling, and risk governance.
• Provide executive-ready communication, dashboards, and program visibility to stakeholders.
