Based in North Rhine-Westphalia or working remotely from your home office, you will drive opportunities from planning to execution and help decarbonize residential buildings across the region, delivering value through sustainable HVAC solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in KAM, sales, or business development within HVAC, building tech, energy solutions, or related industries.
• Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and proficient English for international collaboration.
