Litehouse is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team! This is a 100% remote opportunity.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major regional and national accounts, including multi-unit key accounts and brokers. This role focuses on maximizing sales through advanced business planning, forecasting, analytics, and category management. The Key Account Manager collaborates with internal sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, the Key Account Manager manages broker relationships by aligning on annual goals and objectives, holding them accountable for performance, and ensuring they effectively represent the company's interests.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account personnel, including top management, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, and logistics. Tailor sales plans to meet the needs of sophisticated accounts and address customer issues equitably.
  • Utilize advanced business planning and forecasting techniques to optimize sales opportunities. Lead Center Store & Produce brokers, setting annual goals and objectives and ensuring accountability.
  • Engage with the largest and most complex clients to identify business opportunities and upsell products/services. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and drive contract renewals.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs. Support retention and growth among high-value customers by understanding their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide product and service improvement suggestions based on client feedback. Prepare sales quotes and respond to requests for proposals.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, with a focus on managing large regional or national accounts. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing and leading brokers, including setting annual goals, aligning on objectives, and ensuring accountability for performance. Ability to coordinate broker activities to align with company sales objectives.
