ISCO is a hyper-creative urban distillery with deep ties to agriculture and aquaculture. A producer of award-winning aged and unaged spirits, the first ever vodka distilled with oysters, and a growing, buzz-worthy brand known for its unique approach. The distillery located is in the Ocean State of Rhode Island, where we produce our sustainably sourced vodka, gins, bourbons, and experimental spirits. We are proud to be a woman-led company.

Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for ISCO is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, developing plans to drive sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building lasting partnerships with high-value accounts on and off-premises. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to play a pivotal part in expanding ISCO’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management

·Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including both on and off-premise customers, major regional chains, and premium hospitality venues

·Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction with our products

·Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that align with our business goals

2.Sales and Business Development

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to expand market share and increase brand presence

·Grow target accounts through establishing direct relationships and working within the distributor network.Gain market share through a set list of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s

3.Product Promotion and Marketing

·Implement promotional campaigns and events that boost brand visibility and drive sales

·Schedule and promote ISCO trainings, educational seminars, account activations, and distributor engagement drive distribution and increase sales volume

4.Customer Support and Service

·Ensure exceptional service and support to key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively

·Conduct ongoing business meetings with the Head of Sales, as well as with clients to assess satisfaction, discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement

5.Market Research and Analysis

·Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities through VIP analysis

·Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales based on market research and client feedback- weekly team meetings, as well as market work withs with Head of Sales

6.Reporting and Documentation

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KPIs, client interactions, sales activities, and account performance through KARMA roll-up

Qualifications :

·Understanding of the spirits market, including categories, trends, and key players

·Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

·Ability to analyze market data and drive effective sales strategies

·Excellent organizational and project management skills

Personal Attributes:

·Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach

·Strong passion for the spirits industry- bartending, mixology experience preferred

·Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the distributor and customer network

· Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Type: Full-time position with some nights and weekends. Travel may be required to visit clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research. Vehicle necessary.
