Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks an Account Manager for Large Store to oversee the Wal-Mart account, place and transmit orders, and rotate products by date both in-market and in inventory. You will assist merchandising by maintaining stock and on-shelf displays, ensuring pricing integrity and product availability.

You will work on the frontline liaison role, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with drivers and merchandisers to meet sales targets and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience required.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment or sales role with targets.
• Basic computer application and technology skills required.
• Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance for business use; travel required."

Responsibilities

• Orders product at assigned accounts on sales routes and transmits orders using technology.
• Sell big event marketing, pillar programming, CMA opportunities, and ad activity.
• Builds/removes product displays; ensures proper pricing and stock on shelves.
• Communicate account activities with customers to ensure timely service; collaborate with merchandisers and drivers.
• Stock and merchandise beverages in allocated sections; manage POS and displays.
• Own end-to-end account management through proactive communication and action.
