Pet Food Experts is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to defend and grow our business with Key Neighborhood Pet and Ecommerce Accounts. You’ll build strong retailer relationships and collaborate with Customer Experience and Vendor Development teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with Ecommerce and Pacific Northwest retailers preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Travel up to 50% with valid driving/air travel acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Key Retailers and Ecommerce accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, vendors, and community contacts.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Vendor Development teams to align with business goals.
• Utilize data tools to identify market growth opportunities and measure performance.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in HubSpot.
• Meet or exceed territory sales targets and drive profitable growth.
