Position: Key Account Manager - Data Centers

Reporting to: Account Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

• Implement global solutions strategy to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction in the assigned sub-segment.
• Collaborate with local and global marketing and sales teams across all ABB Businesses and EL Business Lines.
• Manage assigned customers across all product lines, including orders, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver action plans with colleagues to secure new and existing opportunities.
• Promote ABB Solutions through training seminars and events targeting internal sales, channel partners, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users.

Qualifications:

• 4-year university degree in engineering or related experience.
• 5+ years experience working with relevant stakeholders in data center, critical power, or power quality industries.
• Experience in consultative technical sales with a sales cycle >12 months.
• Attention to detail, proactive, good interpersonal skills, result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within the US and overseas (~50%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
