WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key data center clients regarding service-related matters.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance insights to clients.
- Negotiate service agreements and renewals with key customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Develop strategic plans for account growth and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive service offerings.
- Act as the Professional Services liaison between nVent and assigned key data center and networking (DNS) accounts, ensuring positive relationships and meeting business needs.
- Develop business strategies that benefit both the company and the assigned accounts in the data center (DNS) space.
- Grow and be responsible for large, sophisticated accounts worldwide.
Note: Although posted for multiple locations, only one hire will be made.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in training, key account management, and technical project management is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office with approximately 25% travel, mainly in the US but sometimes globally. A valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge in program/project management is preferred.
- Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and working independently.
- Ability to develop and recommend solutions with maximum value.
- Strong presentation and proposal delivery skills.
- Effective resolution of quality and delivery concerns professionally and promptly.
