Ascendo Resources is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager in Melbourne, FL to manage major corporate accounts and coordinate workplace interior projects from request through installation.

Focused on developing existing client relationships, you will coordinate internal teams and deliver successful workplace projects for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and corporate accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Coordinate workplace and commercial furniture projects from initial request through installation and closeout.
  • Partner with design, project management, procurement, installation, and customer experience teams.
  • Manage multiple projects, customer locations, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Track specifications, orders, schedules, budgets, installations, and project milestones.
  • Provide proactive communication and project updates to customers.
  • Coordinate furniture moves, reconfigurations, installations, repairs, and warranty requests.
  • Identify project issues and work across teams to resolve them.
  • Lead customer meetings, account reviews, and project status discussions.
  • Coordinate punch lists, documentation, warranties, and final project closeout.
  • Maintain accurate account and project information within CRM and project-tracking systems.

Location: Melbourne, FL | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage major corporate accounts and coordinate commercial furniture and workplace interior projects from initial request through final installation.


This is not a traditional hunter/new-business sales role. The focus is on developing existing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating the internal teams responsible for delivering successful workplace projects.


This opportunity is particularly well suited for someone with experience in commercial furniture, contract furniture, workplace interiors, facilities, corporate real estate, interior design, or another project-driven client environment.


What You'll Do


  • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and corporate accounts

What We're Looking For
