Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day account management for existing customers in freight.
• Respond to rate requests and prepare rate sheets for LTL/FTL lanes.
• Handle service issues including late deliveries, appointments, and claims.
• Run business reviews and present performance data to customers.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time freight movement.
• Identify opportunities to grow volume with current accounts and win new business.
• Keep CRM and account records up to date.
• Explain market rate dynamics to customers clearly without scripts.
