Key Account Manager - Advanced Wheel Solutions

Are you a dynamic Key Account Manager with a keen interest in Heavy Truck & Bus Services and Fleets?

We are looking for a KAM who is passionate about driving success in the industry.

As part of the Key Account Manager team, you will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with our Sales Team.

This is a remote position located in either Denver CO, Salt Lake City UT, Phoenix AZ, Nevada, or New Mexico.

As a Key Account Manager for Advanced Wheel Solutions, your Roles & Responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Design and implement a customer acquisition strategy for the Heavy Truck & Bus market.
    • Develop and manage a target account list and sales plan.
    • Identify and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  2. Build strong relationships with end users, distributor partners, and internal sales teams.
  3. Conduct virtual and in-person product demos, training sessions, and presentations.
  4. Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions using CP's product portfolio.
  5. Account Management
    • Map key account structures, decision-makers, and business strategies.
    • Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to influence product development and promotional strategies.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (without a degree, seeking a total of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers. Demonstrated experience in sales within Heavy Truck & Bus Services and fleets.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with CP Tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Ability to utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, MS Teams, and social media platforms. Ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Travel: Up to 40% travel, including international trips to Canada and Mexico.
