Due to our rapidly growing business in the region, we are excited to be recruiting for an additional Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our super team in Taiwan. The exceptional KAM will be working with our dedicated Channel Partners (CP) across both our Purity & Specialty (P&S) and Industrial, Process and Emissions (IP&E) market segments.

This opportunity will be based remotely, with approximately 50% travel throughout Taiwan.

About the Opportunity:

  • Deliver order and sales objectives for the targeted key accounts as part of the Asia Pacific sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key accounts in Taiwan to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Work in close co-ordination with our CPs to establish individual sales objectives across our P&S and IP&E market segments.
  • Manage and develop the business plan and sales strategy for the targeted key accounts.
  • Define and manage the monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Develop the agent and distributor network required at the key account to ensure that appropriate partners are in place to serve the key accounts and that they receive regular training and guidance on selling Servomex products.
  • Arrange customer visits, seminars, symposia, conferences, and other events to create and develop new sales opportunities for Servomex.
  • Liaise with sales channels and Servomex global teams to ensure customer requests and issues are handled quickly and efficiently.

About your Talent:

  • Proven experience and a successful track record of sales/ key account management within the Gas Analysis/ Process Instrumentation industry.
  • Target driven with strong communication skills at all levels – in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Semiconductor/ Industrial Gas/ Petrochemical/ Power market markets.
  • Key account management experience with large national and international accounts such as Shell, Exxon, Petronas, PTT, Air Liquide, Linde, Air Product.
  • Strong capability to develop and manage sales channel and distributors as well as mega project hunting capability.
  • Experience of using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce.com).

Essential Qualifications:

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics – or closely related discipline.

Location: Remote Taiwan – 50% travel across Taiwan
