Job description

Overview

We are currently seeking aKey Account Manager reporting to the Director, National Accounts. Successful candidates will drive performance and execution that is aligned with business and customer strategies, as well as achieving profitable sales objectives. Position is remote, home based inNY. This position involves 50%+ travel.

Pay Range: $122,478.00 - $151,591.00. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution and implementation of annual channel plans that are aligned with business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives
  • Execute plans for assigned geography / account(s) that are aligned with Primo Brands and Customer business objectives / strategies
  • Develop business relationship with the owner/mgr of restaurant/foodservice customer
  • Be a brand ambassador for Primo Brands in the field, and at events.
  • Minimal travel
  • Willing to set up, participate, and manage local events (some weekend and evening work)
  • Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's
  • Volume and Trade Spend Forecasting: Develop timely and accurate volume and financial forecasts
Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in Field Sales, Account, Restaurant Industry, CPG experience a plus or retail operations.
  • Consistently delivers on KPIs / Demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Understanding of the independent restaurant industry
  • Strong execution skills
  • Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills
