Job summary

KUS Americas Inc. is seeking a dedicated Key Account Associate in Florida to coordinate orders, shipments, and inquiries, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in account management, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/ERS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Quick learner for new projects or products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and shipments, monitor status, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, or meetings; handle inquiries and requests.
• Manage order adjustments, expedites, and postponements; resolve shipping/document issues.
• Support project handoffs; assist with EDI tests and data transmission readiness.
• Help maintain COP 3 and COP 6 documentation for audits and compliance.
