Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks a dedicated driver to support its Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign. You will transport bell ringers and kettles to multiple locations, manage kettle inventory, and ensure shifts are logged accurately.

This role involves outdoor work in varying weather and requires punctuality, reliability, and a cooperative attitude within a charitable framework. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with 1–2 years of related experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Experience with nonprofit work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the annual Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign.
• Transport ringers and kettles to designated locations.
• Keep inventory of kettles and switch out kettles as needed during the day.
• Pick up kettles in the evenings.
• Keep track of paid bell ringer shifts and hours with kettle slips.
• Transport ringers and kettles to their designated location.
• Perform spot checks on bell ringer locations at various times.
