Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting, screening and selecting staff for kettle programs.
• Ability to drive Salvation Army vehicle to kettle locations and staff.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills for kettle funds.
• Ability to train and supervise staff and coordinate routes.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, recruits, screens and selects bell ringing staff.
• Plans, schedules, and assigns work; ensures coverage at all sites.
• Maintains contact with staff; addresses questions and concerns.
• Prepares records and reports; handles kettle income data.
• Drives vehicle to deliver/collect kettles and supplies.
• Counts, records, and deposits kettle funds as needed.
• Coordinates special events and coordinates driver routes.
