Job summary

Farmers is seeking a Sr. Field Territory Manager for Kentucky to lead growth in core Foremost Independent Agencies. This remote-with-travel role focuses on building agency partnerships, driving premium growth, and achieving financial targets across the territory.

The role emphasizes consultative sales to agents, onboarding and training on underwriting philosophy, and collaboration with field distribution to implement strategic initiatives. Travel is required weekly within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• IA Dist. experience highly preferred.
• CIC, CPCU or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory to drive profitable growth and meet financial targets.
• Develops agency partnerships and acts as trusted advisor on product, underwriting, and training.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues and collaborates with internal partners to maximize opportunities.
