Zekelman Industries is seeking a Production Manager for its Kansas City, MO plant. You will lead daily operations, coordinate labor, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, MES/SAP familiarity, and strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site role supports continuous improvement and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Associate degree or higher in management or related field.
• Working knowledge of MES and SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

You will collaborate with departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory to ensure production goals are met while fostering a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment. This is an on-site role located in Kansas City, MO.
