The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or related field and 4+ years of experience in project controls, with strong Excel skills and a collaborative approach. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in construction/project controls.
• Strong cost, schedule and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls including capital planning, budgeting and governance.
• Support development and updates of capital plans with cashflow and accrual data.
• Facilitate funding by consolidating inputs into funding requests.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and risk mitigation plans.
