Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking a KC-46 Repair/Modifications Technician to support the KC-46A Pegasus program at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The role requires 100% onsite work and a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Duties include repairing, modifying and testing aerospace systems, with travels up to 25% and compliance with COI and safety standards.

Pay and benefits include health insurances and a comprehensive total rewards package. Summary pay range: $62,900 - $85,100.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in repair, maintenance and retrofit processes.
• Ability to travel 15–25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience reading/interpret­ing technical publications and/or maintenance manuals.
• Experience working from heights with fall protection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles or modifies aerospace vehicle components.
• Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul activities.
• Configures vehicles and test equipment.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Documents procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness.
• Oversees training.
• Works under general direction.
