PADI in Kauai seeks an experienced Boat Captain to lead our 6-passenger private and semi-private charters. You will captivate guests with ocean knowledge, stories, and expert steering while ensuring safety and top-tier service aboard our intimate vessel.

The ideal candidate has a USCG certification, several years in the industry, and a passion for magical moments on the water. Housing options may be discussed, with a pay range of $35–$40 per hour and benefits after the trial period.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused interaction
• Experience with high-quality client interaction
• Ability to maintain vessel and manage daily tasks
• Scuba diving experience or keen interest to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead small groups on intimate charters around Kauai
• Share ocean knowledge and storytelling with guests
• Ensure safety and top-quality service aboard our 6-passenger vessel
• Coordinate daily operations and maintenance during charters
