Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Technician for a contract position on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Responsibilities include support for hardware/software and imaging devices in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in PC lifecycle replacement and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and decommission old PCs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting hardware/software and imaging devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and decommission old PCs.
• Handle various tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Skills

Basic hardware/software troubleshooting experience

Experience imaging devices

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
