Aloha! One of Hawaii's healthcare companies is seeking a Desktop Technician for their site on the island of Kaua'i.

Description

The client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist in its PC Lifecycle Replacement project at their Wilcox Medical Center location on Kauai. This position will support hardware/software, image machines, troubleshoot, and decommission old PCs. Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting hardware/software, imaging devices, troubleshoot, and decommission old PCs.

Additional Skills

• Basic hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Experience imaging devices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion while moving equipment.

Work Environment

Monday through Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Free on‑site parking included.

Contract will be 6 months to start with the possibility to extend long‑term on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compliance Requirements

Background check required; drug test required.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
