Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Hawaii seeks a field-based Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products at grocery stores and retail beverage outlets across Kauai. You will drive your own vehicle, set up displays, and ensure proper shelf placement.

Qualifications include 18+ years or state minimum age, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience. 1000 sign-on bonus and mileage/car reimbursements offered.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets on Kauai to stock, maintain, display and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid per company policy)
• Pay: $23.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Kauai

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
