Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group on Kauai seeks a field-based merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across grocery stores and beverage outlets. You will travel your personal vehicle along assigned routes, starting at $23.00/hour with overtime potential, plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring; document execution with photos.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to ensure inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Pay Details

• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid per company policy)
• Pay: $23.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Kauai

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoringAccurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
