Job summary

Utah Motorsports Campus seeks a Director of Karting to lead the karting center and position it as Utah's premier karting experience. You will drive the Utah Karting Championship, public rentals, and new membership programs while building leagues and community initiatives.

Key duties include managing race day operations, staffing, and maintaining equipment, trophies, and tires, while expanding sponsorships and vendor relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of competitive karting racing experience.
• 5+ years of managing a diverse team to sustain high service quality.
• Collaborate with Executive Team to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and time management in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
• Proven multitasking, detail-oriented, and customer-focused work ethic.
• Ability to close corporate sales opportunities; retail sales ops preferred.
• Independent and quick self-learner with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Utah Karting Championship & competitions by 50% within 18 months.
• Grow Public Karting by 100% within 18 months.
• Establish new membership programs and leagues; grow facility utilization.
• Maintain race day procedures, staffing, and vendor/sponsor relations.
