Job summary

K1 Speed is seeking motivated and dependable Supervisors to lead our fast-paced indoor karting venue in Kansas City. You will oversee daily operations across all departments, coach staff, and ensure a safe, high-energy guest experience while promoting race packages and memberships.

New hires will train across front-line roles and have opportunities for advancement beyond the Supervisor position; pay is flexible based on experience and a company-wide tip-sharing program is in place.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments, including track, cashier, and F&B.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
• Serve as acting leader on duty and make operational decisions.
• Ensure safety procedures and track rules are followed.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor efficiency.
