Job summary

K1 Speed is seeking a motivated Supervisor to help lead our fast-paced indoor karting venue in the United States. This role oversees daily operations across cashier, track, and food & beverage, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive karts daily as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to speak in front of large groups and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to drive karts daily and work in all operational departments.
• Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Safety-focused with ability to enforce track rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across cashier, track, and F&B areas.
• Lead and coach staff to maintain high performance and guest service.
• Train new team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as leader on duty and handle emergencies.
• Ensure safety procedures and track rules are followed.
• Coordinate race scheduling and assist with promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory across departments.
