The Web Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of KCU’s website, ensuring content provides a clear, accessible and engaging user experience while supporting institutional priorities and KCU’s brand.
Working under the guidance of the University Relations supervisor, the Web Content Manager implements website content strategy and priorities and participates in governance, publishing workflows, content quality, SEO, accessibility, analytics and user experience.
The position serves as a primary resource for faculty, staff and other content contributors while collaborating with the Director of Web Services and IT on technical functionality, security and website infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in web development, digital marketing, communications or a related field. Experience managing website content, preferably in a higher education, health care or non-profit setting. Experience working with content management systems and web platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Omni CMS or similar systems.
