Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI, is seeking a registered nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.

The RN will supervise and direct nursing staff, collaborate with other disciplines, coordinate care with discharge planning, and ensure a safe, healing environment. Hawaii RN licensure and BLS/CPR are required; BSN is preferred.

Formación

• BSN preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collects data, analyzes the assessment data, and develops a plan to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare team to provide safe, healing care.
• Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties as needed.
